Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s policies.

Cash on Delivery Refunds

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued either through a bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@voxa.store.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
